Client Care Letter

All my clients will receive my Client Care Letter soon after I receive formal instructions from the client. The Client Care Letter deals with the rights and duties of the counsel and the client. It will also deal with the basis of the fees, for example whether it is hourly rate, or agreed fee. Venues to take instructions from the clients could be arranged at a convenient location either in London or if necessary, in any other location convenient to the client. I am willing to accept instructions from those potential clients with disabilities provided those issues are discussed with me prior to formally instructing me so that I can make appropriate adjustments.
